Hi, currently rebuilding my turbos and I am looking for the correct torque spec for the nut that holds the turbine wheel to the shaft. I have seen conflicting information when I have searched online (some saying 5nm, some saying 8nm etc) and I could not find the value in the shop manual. Thanks.
Hi Adam, I have scanned the Service Manual under section Intake and Exhaust, and although it does describe disassembly and reassembly to replace o rings of the turbo, I could not find any reference to the torque of the nut holding the turbine wheel. Maybe someone else here could help, sorry mate.
