I can see the cable in the 2nd pic. Follow the route of it and spray up any mechanism it contacts with and let it soak in a bit. You may get lucky. If that fails I suspect you’ll have to remove part of the headlining to get at the motor which is probably close to the switch ?
the motor is right above the switch to control it closing or opening. It looks like a box above the headliner. The problem I currently face is, it looks like the headliner is actually glued to the bottom of the sunroof. So if i remove the headliner ill have to cut that part off and honestly I dont know if ill ever be able to get the headliner back on to look normal again.
In which case you’re stuck with the tilt and no slide. It may free up as you use it more.
