My '92 GTO has the original 16" alloys which I’d like to refurbish, but I’m not sure about the existing finish. They aren’t smooth and the finish looks to have a very fine orange peel effect on them. Further, I don’t know if the originals were even powder coated. Can anyone enlighten me?
