Recommended NGK Spark Plug Ref: Number Query

Hi All,

I require a set of spark plugs, I have checked Joe’s Excellent parts site and he is listing NGK BKR6EIX-11 Stock Number 4272, but unfortunately they are out of stock.

I looked up NGK BKR6EIX-11 but the Stock Number is 3764, so I looked on the NGK website and on there the recommended plug is NGK PFR6J-11 Stock Number 2743 or an Upgrade plug is NGK IFR6J11 Stock Number 7658.

Now knowing how much research Joe puts into sourcing the correct parts for our cars, I really don’t know what to purchase.

How two NGK BKR6EIX-11 plugs can exist with different Stock Numbers is beyond me, also why NGK Don’t list this plug as suitable for our cars.

Any help much appreciated

I withdrew the spark plugs from sale because someone said they were counterfeit and despite having a huge stock, I don’t want to risk having the brain dead trolls starting another smear campaign. I never had any complaints about any of the sets I sold or any of the sets I fitted over the last 5 years but not worth the risk.

You could go with the NGK BKR7EIX.
