guys im upgrading my mk1 calipers to mk2 , question is do the rear brake shoes have 2 different sizes? as i know the rear discs will be bigger . had a look on ebay and all seem to be same from 1990 onwards .

For future reference, pads are with calipers, shoes are with drums, so you are replacing the pads.
Second if you are talking AWD (VR4) you need pads specific for the 94-99 (MK2) calipers. They are different part numbers. The ones you are finding that fit 90 onwards are likely non turbo pads. Those never changed.

i should of said handbrake shoes i know the pads will be needed for the calipers , are all handbrake shoes same size mk1 and mk2 ? its a gto mate not american spec
