Click on members name on the pop up You’ll see the Message tab !

I think that you just need to click on their name and then it brings up an option to message. If this does not work, let me know and I will get my tech person to look into it.

Not working for me. I can write out the message but, it won’t let me send a message to @Joe90. Is i t because I’m a new member?
@korgoth Is there a pop up window when You click on Joe90 with Message tab to the right ?
I would get a popup that said unable to send message to this member when I clicked send

There is not a fault and I have mentioned many times that admin has put in place a minimum 2 day membership before you can send a private message. This is to stop people joining in order to get the answer to a problem and then disappearing. Remember that this is a forum for members of a community and everyone is expected to contribute. It is not a free advice service for those who want to save a buck.
Please feel free to message after 2 days.
