Pittman Tool / Ball Joint Splitter

Hi
Firstly thanks to Joe for all the video’s and parts acquisition that he has done for everyone’s benefit.

I have been watching Joe’s CV Joint/Boot replacement Video and would like to know the size of the Pittman Tool that was used in the video as there appears to be more than one size available.

The information would aid me in my purchase of a Pittman tool and may help others on the forum

If you are investing in tools, you can also buy this tool cheaply for getting the cv joint off without using a hammer.

Thanks for the reply Joe, I will get one 27 or 28mm if you used that one, the 33mm product seems more readily available but looking again at the video I think the 5mm would not allow enough contact on the Hub, the second item looks interesting have you used it on the GTO yet ?
