I wonder why it was stuffed under the right rear interior plastic cover (hatch area). No way it would have slipped under it. This is a US car so how would it have been in a Japanese auction.

That is a good question… Has it always been a US car?? That paper has hardly ended up there on its own 
Well, it could have been imported, but it spent most of its life around Albany NY. I bought it at a salvage yard near there and got it going again. It is a left hand drive.MPH speedo.
