Hello all, my name is Sam, I have a 1992 GTO with the manual moonroof.
the issue I am having is that when I go above 80/90mph I have a terrible wind noise from the moonroof. I have tried adjusting it forwards as much as it would go using the 3 bolts behind the trim but it hasnt seemed to help. The latches at the front seem to be ok but have seen better days. I would like to know if there are any other tips to remedy this or should I just turn the radio up and hope it doesnt fly off. 
Hi. I would also be interested in tips to adjust/secure the moonroof. Mine seems to sit high at the front. The legs always seem to loosen over time.

MY moon roof (mk1,1992) lifts open when I shut the door, the compressed air from the door forces the roof upwards.
I suspect the springs in the clamp mechanism, any suggestions??
I tried to adjust it, it didnt have enough movement i suspect the seals have gone. i have a new champ/latch. I might look into the hinges at the front but they have very minimal adjustment so im likely going to use to draft stopping foam and hope that works.
