I have sent a private message regarding the snake eyes.
I just created my account and cannot send a private message either, im also looking for a snake eye restoration kit.
I think that you have to be a member for at least 24 hours in order to send a message.
This may be part of the system set up to stop people becoming a member just to ask for help with a problem and then never to be heard from again.
