Looking for plans to build the combat wing

Hello everyone, I’m writing from South America (Peru), I recently purchased a 3000GT and I am making improvements to it. I would like to buy the combat wing for my car, but it is expensive to import it to my country and possibly have problems with customs and it would really be a shame to lose the investment.

Therefore, I would like to know if someone can help me get the plans of the combat wing to be able to build it.

I do know someone on facebook makes I think carbon fiber combat wings. They make some replica but its really expensive.
