Intermittent engine stall

I have a 1992 Dodge Stealth Base 3.0 that i replaced both the ECU and TCU on earlier this year. It wouldn’t run until I replaced the ECU then it ran but was in limp mode. The problem I’m having now is intermittent stalling. Runs great when cold but rpms go below 500 and it dies. If I have the AC on it doesnt die. When i turn the AC off it dies. Then sometimes it runs fine with AC off, very strange. It has new plugs, wires, cap and rotor, pcv, and I removed the injectors cleaned them and installed new o-rings. I bought a new TPS for it but did not install yet. Ive read where it could be the MAF sensor but I’m kinda stumped. It also cranks for a while before it starts. Any ideas out there.

Idle Air Control valve.

Thanks Stealthee, guess i can get one from 3SX
