I have a 1990 Mitsubishi GTO from Japan.
I just took apart the intake plenum to clean it paint it , change the sparkplugs etc.
Then i undo the MVICS Air Control Actuator and now i cant remember if the butterfly flaps inside the manifold shoud be originaly open or closed. Thank you for your responses !!
