Hi all Del here from Teesside with a question on my 1990 gto t/t? Does this car have a crankshaft sensor? Or are cam crank same on top of engine? Plus how to check if ok? I have ongoing crank no start problem. Thanks in advance

It would have just the single sensor on top, unless someone swapped a later engine in and modified the harness to accept the two separate sensors, or even installed a later harness.

The sensor is located on the rear head near the throttle body.

As for your crank no start you need to figure out what is missing.

air, fuel, spark, timing

All four of those are needed for an engine to run right. Figure out which one is missing, or incorrect, and then you can start proper diagnosis. Otherwise, you are just going to shotgun parts at an unknown issue, and potentially cause further issues.
