I have a: 1991 GTO 3000 VR4 TWIN TURBO
It has the following issue: some times my car will not start . so i went looking for starter realy and could not find it the car has been fitted with turbo timer would that not be where the starter realy is.
i have a pic of the fuse box.

Lol did you get in touch with ex owner as to why it was removed or moved to
all most sure he is dead by now as he was 93 years old i got the car 6 years ago , i think i go looking for it weather is bad here at the moment , i have the workshop manual for the car and all it shows is ket switch to realy to starter motor .
Are there loose wires been snipped or open-end can you read wiring diagrams
i am gooing to have a look at the weekend if its not raining.
and yes i have full workshop book . all it shows it key switch to realy to starter , it must be some where
