Looking for advice on how to go about restoring these headlights. I used a headlight restoration kit to make them less foggy and I seem to have let the product dry on the headlight and cannot seem to get it off no matter what I try.
You may need to reapply the product then buff it off while still wet. The new product will reactivate the dried product enough to remove.
Wet sanding with ultra fine sand paper has worked for me on other vehicle. But often I see most people just buying new housings that are LED.
I tried reapplying the product and it didnt do anything sadly. Now I am all out of the product. What type of sand paper do you recommend?
So I actually use McGuire’s headlight restoration kit and it returned my headlights to almost brand new looking.
