Hey All - I need to replace the Dash on my '94 VR4. Are all the dashes interchangeable or do the generations (1st gen, 2nd gen, etc) or Trims (SL, VR4) need to match up? Thanks
I think the only difference in dash’s might be if your car has an airbag on the passenger side

Dashes are the same between trims and generations. 91-93 dashes are all identical. 94-96 dashes are the same. 97-99 dashes are the same as 94-96 other than being true black, rather than charcoal.
No…the dashes are not identical at all. The first Gen are all the same…there is a difference from thereon in that the second Gen onwards have the passenger airbag and the part above the glovebox is quite different. I would say that they are not interchangeable…certainly in regard to first Gen anyway.
