‘black’ paint type

Hey guys.

What type of paint would be on my 91’ na GTO solid black?

Single stage or with clear?

Can’t figure out tbh, there are some indications though that there’s a very thin clear but I was under impression that generally speaking solid colours of that year are all single stage.

I have seen both types of paint used on the early models so you may have to get a paint shop to check it out. You can also try t-cut and if you get black on the cloth, it probably doesn’t have a clear coat.
