I have a: 1991 3000GT, SL
It has the following issue: We are looking into putting in aftermarket gauges, the three in dash temp, oil psi & volt. Will there be any issues deleting these and using aftermarket sending units that come with aftermarket gauges?

Honestly have no clue if you will have issues deleting them. I know 3sx sells a gauge thing that replaces your center air vents. You could add that while still keeping the 3 in dash if you want.
You have to set aside like 6 hours to remove the whole dash to put them in. You will want to use 52mm gauges if you are going to use the stock bracket or you can get away with 60mm ones if you push them through from the front, but then they will not be set as far back and just look weird. wiring them up shouldn’t be a problem, just run all your wires to the left towards the steering column. Plan on dropping at least a couple dozen F bombs while your doing it.
