Hi Joe. First…thank you for you tube movies. You show everything clear and easy. I would like to make my gto as like from factory and I need put oryginal exhaust. Would you like to make a movie how to change metal line from active exhaust and if it’s possible to show measurement of this line? Or any ideas where can I get from this item.

Hi, I was thinking of doing the same thing when I first got my car and was going to approach an engineering firm to make one but decided against it because the more I got to know the car I realised that I’d never use it and it would just end up seizing from non use which is probably why they don’t work in most cars. Our cars aren’t stupid loud more of an angry loud which sound great. I understand you want originality.
I would recommend getting in contact with someone who makes exausts as a starting point.

I had my active exhaust stucked on silent, i went to silencer repairer made a hole near the flap and arranged the flap in the open position, after when i was going home i was impressed with the difference in performance. So for sure there is no way ill be turning the flap in the close position. So its useless just to lower the sound of the exhaust you loose performance its not worth it. 
There is no performance difference between tour and sport on the exhaust. Its just about sound. Any difference you felt was purely a placebo effect from the increased noise.

No my friend, i felt it for sure 
% part of the improvement on the performance is that you change exhaust to increase not only sound but improve the release of carbon which increases response and it is said that increase bhp also.
Like I said, it was all placebo unfortunately.

No measurable bhp improvement unfortunately and these things have a habit of seizing because most owners never select the quite mode.
