Has anyone rebuilt this type of AC compressor?
I got this one from a junkyard yard but since it is pretty grimy, I think I should go through it first.
I see a rebuild kit is available at Sanden TR90/105/FX80 Mitsubishi 90C/MSC105CVS Lip Type Seal Shaft Seal – General Seal Corporation
Also, this part, the speed sensor (I beleive)
Has the wires snapped off. I can probably swap it from my original compressor. It has a snap ring seeming to secure it which I removed but the body of it is pretty tight. Does it just pull out? Maybe I can swap the entire plate it mounts in to.
