1993 TT. Rear Cylinder Head Removal Problem

Due to timing belt breaking as mentioned in an earlier post I decided to remove heads and replace valves etc. Following the 3siwiki guide to removing rear head with turbo attached, something still appears to be holding it on the left side rear (looking reawards). The head can be lifted about half inch and thats it.
Exhaust dropped front and rear heads All lines, pipes ,brackets etc removed as per the guide. There are no o2 sensors fitted to either turbo ?

I appreciate that the weight will increase with tubo and manifold still attached but it should still lift with two people lifting it. A local garage offered to help,in his spare time, with the job before I started dismantling the engine but backed off after I had got front head and everything else off. Thanks a a lot!

Any ideas as to what I have missed or ideas in general would be much appreciated.
