Hi all,
I’m in the process of changing the steering column in my car due to damage from past attempted theft, and because i’ve only bought the column itself I need to transfer over the old ignition and steering lock assembly to the new column.
I’ve done some research and found out that the bolts holding the lock onto the column are shear bolts, and that I would have to drill and extract them.
Does anyone know what size/thread they are, where to get replacements, or whether I could replace them with normal bolts?
