Turbo coolant lines mk1

Hi i have a coolant leak on my GTO twin turbo. I have traced the leak down to a rear turbo coolant line that has rotted.

I am unable to find a replacement, does anyone have one they are willing to sell in good condition or know of a place that can fabricate these?

If mitsubishi no longer supply them, you could probably get one made at any hydraulics workshop.
