I’m very happy to say after a few hours in the shed the fuse box issue fixed it’s self (I have no clue but I don’t care) and then I found the bad earth and I now have popup lights 
thanks to you all for putting up with all my posts, now onward and upward next is getting the active aero working and fog lights restored with LED’s then finally on to the engine rebuild and turbo modification work. On a high right now after a couple of months of no drive
