I have the Red light on the dash which I believe is the 02 Sensor.
Anyone know where I can get one please.

Have you tried your Mitsubishi Dealer ? I think they are still available.
mine came from spartan/europarts my garages normal supplier
sorry that was for auto 1992/3 gto one in TT not been done. For the auto I went over ultra high speed bump and bent exhaust so sensor was touching bodywork with vibration and it would actually cut out and eventually would not start.
