This is the Mk4 rear centre garnish, they’re pretty hard to come by I believe. I saw one for sale several months ago on US eBay for about $400-500.

I bought mine for $150 u.s. several years ago. I’d sell it for $500. I’ll even cover the shipping to anywhere in the continental u.s. I’ve since bought the Japanese GTO one and installed it.
